Delete your account
You can permanently delete your LoadAtlas account and all data associated with it at any time. Deletion cannot be undone.
In the app (fastest)
- Open LoadAtlas and go to the Account tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm twice. Your account and server data are removed immediately.
By email (if you no longer have the app)
Email privacy@load-atlas.com with the subject “Account deletion request” from the email address you signed in with (or include it in the message). We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 30 days, with a confirmation reply.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in identities (email, Apple, Google).
- All measurement history, reports and screenshots.
- Saved proxies and any stored staging credentials.
- Your team (if you own one) and its memberships.
What is not deleted by us
- Active subscriptions — cancel them with Apple or Google Play; app-store billing is managed by the store, not by LoadAtlas.
- Data stored only on your device — removed when you delete the app.
