Terms of Use

Last updated: August 18, 2026

These terms govern your use of the LoadAtlas mobile app and website (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Who provides the Service

The Service is operated by the LoadAtlas team. You can reach us at support@load-atlas.com.

What the Service does

LoadAtlas loads a web page you choose on your own device, over the network your device is currently using, and reports how long that page took to load. Measurements run on real hardware over real networks; we do not simulate throttling. Analysis, verdicts and reports are produced on our servers from the raw timings your device sends.

Results describe one page load from one device on one network at one moment. They are diagnostic information, not a guarantee of how the page performs for anyone else.

Your account

On first launch the app creates an anonymous device account automatically. You may optionally sign in to sync history across devices. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure.

What you may measure

You may measure a site only if you are permitted to do so: your own site, a site you are engaged to work on, or a publicly available page you are testing in a normal, non-abusive way. You must not use the Service to:

If you supply credentials for a staging login, or proxy details of your own, you confirm you are entitled to use them. We pass them through to perform the measurement you asked for; we do not ship proxy servers ourselves.

Subscriptions and payment

The Service offers a free tier and paid subscriptions. Paid plans are sold through the App Store as auto-renewable subscriptions:

Prices shown are for the United States storefront and vary by country and currency. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account settings at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period already paid for. If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of it is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. Refunds are handled by Apple under their terms, not by us.

Monthly measurement allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over. We may change prices or plan contents; changes apply from the next billing period, and we will tell you before they take effect.

Availability

We work to keep the Service running but do not promise uninterrupted availability. Measurement depends on your device, your network and the site being measured, none of which we control. We may change, suspend or discontinue parts of the Service.

Your content and data

You keep any rights you have in the URLs, credentials and results associated with your account. We process them to run the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can delete your account and its data at any time from the app, or through load-atlas.com/delete-account.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or for decisions made on the basis of measurement results. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or personal injury. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending these terms

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, in particular the section on what you may measure.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the last change. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the place where the operating entity is established, and the courts of that place have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you live.
